BHL Care Training Course Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (the student) and Breeze Healthcare Ltd (the provider) regarding your enrollment in our care training courses.

By enrolling in our course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please note that enrollment in this course does not constitute a promise or guarantee of employment with Breeze Healthcare Ltd. The purpose of the course is to equip participants with the essential skills and qualifications needed in the care industry.

1. Enrollment and Payment

• To enroll in a course, you must complete the online registration form and submit payment in full.
• Discounted course prices may have specific eligibility requirements or expiration dates. Please refer to the course description for details.
• Payment methods may include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, google pay
• We reserve the right to cancel your enrollment if full payment is not received before the course start date.

2. Course Delivery and Materials

• Our courses are delivered through online modules, video lectures, and live webinars.
• Course materials may include downloadable PDFs, interactive exercises, quizzes.
• You will have access to course materials for a specified period after enrollment – 1 year from date of enrolment.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund if you notify us within 24 hours after your enrollment, before the course start date.
• Cancellations received within 3 days of the course start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the course start date.

3. Cancellation Policy

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund if you notify us 3 days before the course start date.
• Cancellations received within 5 days of the course start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the course start date.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including content, videos, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Breeze Healthcare Ltd.
• You are granted a non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your personal learning purposes only.
• You may not share, distribute, or reproduce the course materials without our written permission.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our courses. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the course content.
