Duties:

– Conduct sales activities to generate leads and close deals

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities

– Build and maintain relationships with clients

– Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers

– Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

– Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

– Cold calling business owners to offer them our services

Requirements:

– Fluent in English, both written and verbal

– Proven track record in sales, preferably in software or technology industry

– Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is a plus

– Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Familiarity with staffing, recruitment, and workforce management practices.

– Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will play a key role in promoting our services to potential customers, presenting demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients. Previous experience in sales, particularly in the software or technology industry, is highly desired. Additionally, familiarity with telemarketing techniques and Salesforce or other CRM software would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for successful interactions with clients. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is important. Problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate effectively are also necessary for this role. Proficiency in Spanish would be beneficial but is not required.
