We are seeking a compassionate Female Domiciliary Care professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a Female Domiciliary Care provider, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behaviours to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients while respecting their dignity and privacy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to clients’ homes.
  • Experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred.
  • Basic IT skills to document care plans and communicate effectively.
  • Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include – but not be limited to – housekeeping, finances, shopping, cooking & personal care)
  • Keeping written records, using IT systems to record daily notes, and be confident using our systems to record incidents
  • Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
  • The right to work in the UK

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per year
