Data Transparency

As per the work finding services agreement (contract) I have signed with Breeze Healthcare. I acknowledge I have agreed to Breeze Healthcare outsourcing my employment to ACEG Associates or one of its sourced employers.

In order to enable ACEG Associates to contact me, I acknowledge that Breeze Healthcare will pass on my bank details, NI number and Date of birth and any other necessary data for the purposes of payroll and employment to Strategic Pay or one of its sourced employers.
